After years spent driving engineering across enterprise tech (Shopify, Red Hat), fintech (RBC, Jump Crypto), and Web3 (Protocol Labs, Yearn, Trail of Bits, Osmosis Labs), we came together to do what we truly love: build beautiful, resilient software. Over the last 8 years, we’ve shipped features, products, and systems for Google, Discord, State Street, Shopify, SushiSwap, Morpho, and many more. Our team has built over 47 products spanning production AI, healthtech, govtech, consumer finance, enterprise platforms, and DeFi.

The mission

Ship one of the highest-fidelity DEX aggregators on Base, quoting and executing best-price swaps across every major venue in milliseconds.

The impact

Routing engine reaches sub-30bp price parity against the leading aggregators on benchmark trades, with full on-chain execution.

The engineering

A multi-hop routing engine with beam-search pruning and a convex split-optimizer, fronted by a quote API and a Solidity router batching permit-enabled swaps across 15+ venues. The same class of problem as high-volume, low-latency issuance: correctness and inventory under time pressure.

The mission

Architect and deliver a zero-to-one platform combining complex fiat on-ramp and off-ramp flows with options trading.

The impact

Handled $5M in notional volume flawlessly on day one, with the conversion funnel operating at scale immediately.

The engineering

We abstracted complex financial instruments behind a clean interface and engineered the full fiat-to-digital-asset flow with robust error states and edge-case handling. This is the ramp layer where most of the friction and most of the cost actually sits.

The mission

Design and deliver a GovCloud infrastructure deployment solution enabling defense contractors to securely onboard to the ProDex systems engineering platform.

The impact

Met strict IL4+ military compliance standards and replaced one-off deployments with a replicable, documented onboarding architecture.

The engineering

Compliance was a first-class requirement from day one, not a retrofit. We navigated complex service boundaries, IAM policies, and network topologies while implementing comprehensive audit logging and encryption.

The mission

Build a HIPAA-compliant AI patient document pipeline capable of passing the strict technical scrutiny of national enterprise buyers.

The impact

Achieved 95% pipeline extraction accuracy, which directly enabled the client to secure a major national clinic chain.

The engineering

In healthcare, accuracy isn't optional. We built confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop routing, and full audit trails so the AI actively surfaces uncertainty rather than hallucinating data.
